This kit contains Twin Motorcycles Black Ceramic Coated stage 1 package for the XR 1200.

Six LED's are activated on the optimal shift point. This point is very precisely configurable. For pre-indication one green LED is available. Configuration is easy with the included SLC software program. Using this program you can select the engine type of your choice (number of cylinders, 2 or 4 stroke).

To supply power to the Shift-Light GP, it can simply to be connected to the vehicle ignition system (12V battery). The engine revolutions signal can be taken from the revolutions counter (CDI, injection system) or from the ignition coil. Some important facts: Super High Brightness LEDs are used. These LEDs are clearly visible, also in full sunlight; The Shift-Light GP makes the RPM counter almost redundant. It is visible just by looking out of the corner of your eye; you can keep your eyes on the track. There is no variation in the LED activation point (it is either on or off), thus you always shift at the optimal point. This in contrast to the RPM-counter; Because of the software program, the configuration of the Shift-Light GP can be easily end quickly modified: where and when you want and depending on the local circumstances (for fine tuning on the circuit itself or in reaction to changing weather conditions); Configuring the Shift-Light GP can be done while the engine is running or while it is switched off. During configuration, an actual RPM measurement is not required. Thus: you do not have to hold the RPM constant on the desired shift point.

Twin Motorcycles, Cruise gearing kit for all XR1200 models and years.

The Normal US/ Euro XR1200 gearing will make about 4150 RPM @ 120 km/h / 75 Mph

With this cruise gearing you will drop about 450 Rpm at the same speed in 5th gear.

So cruising at 120 km/h ( 75Mph ) will be around 3700 Rpm after mounting this kit.

This is much better for fuel mileage, engine life and you will have a 12% higher top speed
